Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Lotus Salon Professional
Overview
At Lotus Salon Professional, a brand by RIMS India Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase does not meet expectations due to damage, defects, or incorrect delivery, we are committed to resolving the issue as per the policy below.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
- Orders can be cancelled free of cost if they are still in the processing stage.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed. However, you may request a return after delivery (subject to eligibility).
2. Returns & Exchanges (After Delivery)
2.1 Return Window
- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2.2 Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice must be included
- Items must be securely packed to prevent transit damage
- Large or salon furniture items must be properly repackaged
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Used, installed, or assembled products
- Products damaged due to misuse or wear & tear
- Items missing packaging, accessories, or invoice
- Custom-made or made-to-order products (unless defective)
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable
3. Return / Exchange Process
To initiate a request:
- Contact our support team within the return window
- Share order details, product name, and reason for return
Once approved:
- We will arrange pickup or provide return instructions
- The product will be inspected upon return
- Approval will be based on meeting eligibility criteria
4. Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
- Full refund / replacement / store credit available
- For change of mind returns (if eligible):
- Refund may be processed after deducting applicable charges
- Refund timeline:
- Processed within 7–14 business days via original payment method
Lotus Salon Professional reserves the right to deny refunds if return conditions are not met.
5. Return Shipping Charges
- Free return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
- Customer bears return cost for change-of-mind returns
- Improper packaging may lead to rejection of return
6. Custom / Made-to-Order Products
- Custom or made-to-order salon furniture/products are non-returnable
- Exceptions apply only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong delivery
- Customers are advised to verify specifications before ordering
7. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product Claims
- Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images of the product and packaging
- We will arrange a free replacement or return
